Our submission guidelines serve as a roadmap for aspiring authors and artists, outlining the criteria and expectations for content submissions. TRIAD PUBLISHING SERVICES:                    Book/Art Submission Guidelines

Welcome to Triad Publishing Service, where we empower authors to tokenize and publish their works on the blockchain as well as physical books from our Print-on-Demand service providers. We are excited to consider a diverse range of genres while upholding a commitment to inclusivity and avoiding the promotion of harmful ideologies. Please review the following guidelines before submitting your work:

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Genres Accepted: We welcome submissions across various genres, including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, lyrics, and more. Your work should be suitable for publication as a digital flip book on the blockchain.
• Exclusively Digital: Triad specializes in digital publications.
• Token Holder Access: Published NFT books will be accessible exclusively to token holders through our gated site. They will not be able to download your book, or freely share it bypassing your royalties.

2. Prohibited Content: Ensuring a Safe and Inclusive Community

At Triad Publishing Services, we are committed to maintaining a positive and inclusive space for all users. To achieve this, we have specific guidelines regarding prohibited content. Please carefully read and understand the following:

• No Promotion of Terrorism: We strictly prohibit submissions that promote or endorse foreign or domestic terrorism. Any content associated with such themes will be rejected.
• No Support for Hate Groups: Submissions promoting white nationalist or Nazi propaganda are not welcome. We are dedicated to fostering an environment that rejects hate and discrimination.
• Respect for Marginalized Communities: Content that targets LGBTQ individuals or any other marginalized groups will be denied. We prioritize creating a platform that respects and uplifts everyone.
• Exclusion of Hate Speech: Hate speech, in any form, will not be accepted. We encourage constructive and respectful dialogue within our community.
• Temporary Restriction on Political Speech: As of now, we are not accepting submissions related to political speech. We aim to maintain a neutral and inclusive space for all users.
• Explicit Content with Consent Only: Submissions containing nudity or explicit content must include written consent from all subjects, who must be 21 years or older. Without proper consent, such content will be rejected.
• Protection of Minors: Content featuring explicit or inappropriate material involving minors is strictly prohibited. We take the safety and well-being of minors seriously, and any violation of this policy will result in immediate rejection.
• No Promotion of Abuse and/or Human Trafficking: We explicitly prohibit any content that promotes abuse or human trafficking. Our platform is committed to creating a safe and secure environment, and any violation of this policy will be dealt with seriously.
• No Promotion of Illegal Activities: Content promoting illegal activities is strictly prohibited. We do not support or allow any submissions that encourage or glorify illegal actions.
• No Glorification or Trolling of Tragic Events: Content that glorifies tragic events, terrorist events, mass shootings, disasters, or human suffering is not allowed. We strive to maintain a platform that is respectful and considerate of the impact of such events.

3. Submission Process

• Wallet Authentication: for NFT book(s) royalties.
• Triad takes care of the minting process: It’s not something the author needs to worry about. Our team handles the technical aspects of transforming your literary creation into a unique, tokenized NFT. The details of royalties and royalty splits are collaboratively decided between TRIAD and the author. Once agreed upon in contract, this information will be accurately entered into the metadata of the NFT book(s). This ensures a transparent and fair distribution of earnings for all parties involved.
• Manuscript Format: Submit your manuscript in both Word and PDF format to be compatible with our scrolling and flip book publishing platform. Standard 8.5” x 11” documents are best for scaling in the flip book. Font size 12 – 14 pt in Times New Roman. Traditional manuscript formatting. Include a concise author bio, author photo, and a brief summary of your work. Include any links you’d like for your author page. Be sure to include whether your submission is for minting your NFT book, KDP print books, or POD books or merchandise. Only clean copy manuscripts with be considered, unless you are seeking editing services from Triad. Submissions must be made via email at submissions@triadpublishingservice.io with your name and your book’s title and genre.
• High quality images only. Must provide information for the artist and their consent to publish. Submit cover art as it’s own file, not as a page of the manuscript.
• Originality: Submissions must be original works, and authors should have the legal right to tokenize and publish the content. If you used AI for any portion of your work, from text to art, you need to disclose it.

4. Review Process

• Editorial Review: All submissions will undergo an editorial review process to assess quality, coherence, and adherence to our guidelines.

b. Approval Timeline: Authors will be notified of the submission status within a specified timeframe after the review process begins (usually withing two weeks).

5. Legal Considerations

• Copyright and Ownership: Authors retain copyright ownership of their works. By submitting, authors grant TRIAD Publishing Service the right to tokenize and publish the work on the sOLANA blockchain, submit manuscripts and/or art to KDP and /or POD books and merchandise (as negotiated if applicable). In addition. Author grants TRIAD the use of text and images for any marketing and/or promotional purposes for the book(s). A 10% royalty for TRIAD will be inserted into the metadata along with the desired royalty percentage requested by author. If author requests cover art/design via TRIAD, a small artist royalty with also be included.

b. Compliance: Submissions must comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

6. Communication Responsiveness Clause:

Triad Publishing Services values effective and timely communication with our authors to ensure the smooth progression of projects, coordination of activities, and the exploration of potential opportunities. We kindly request that authors respond to communications from TRIAD promptly.

It is crucial for authors to acknowledge that delays in responding to communications may impact project timelines, promotional activities, and the overall collaboration experience. TRIAD cannot be held responsible for any missed opportunities, project delays, or other consequences resulting from the author’s unresponsiveness.

Authors are encouraged to maintain open and efficient lines of communication, promptly addressing queries, providing necessary information, and participating actively in discussions related to their projects. This collaborative approach ensures a positive and successful partnership between authors and TRIAD.

TRIAD commits to making reasonable efforts to reach authors through various communication channels provided by author. However, in circumstances where authors cannot be reached or fail to respond within a reasonable timeframe, TRIAD reserves the right to proceed with decisions that align with the best interests of ongoing projects or potential opportunities.

This clause is implemented to foster effective collaboration, uphold project timelines, and maximize the mutual benefits derived from the partnership between authors and TRIAD.
