  • 2.3 What makes TRIAD unique? eBooks/NFTBooks gated with TRIAD cannot be downloaded or copy/pasted, the main avenue more than 23% of digital books across the globe are pirated every year.

3. Account and Registration:

  • 3.1 How do I create an account? You do not need an account.
  • 3.2 Is registration mandatory? No registration required for readers and other services. Authors wishing to protect their work using our gated environment will have a contract with TRIAD.
  • 3.3 How do I update my account information? Email TRIAD with changes.

4. Payments and Billing:

  • 4.1 What payment methods do you accept? Gate payments are minted into the royalties. Solana, USDC for other services.

  • 4.3 Are my payment details secure? Yes.

5. Shipping and Delivery:

  • 5.1 Do you ship internationally? TRIAD does not ship anything. When using TRIAD for KDP and/or POD management, those service providers facilitate shipping through their vendors.
  • 5.2 How can I track my order? You always have access to your KDP and/or POD accounts.

By accessing or using Triad Publishing Services (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Triad Publishing Services offers a range of publishing services, including but not limited to print-on-demand, Kindle Direct Publishing management, blockchain integration, NFT creation, NFT Book Gating, and merchandise handling.

3. User Accounts

You do not need a user account. Your Author page will be created and maintained by TRIAD, connecting your readers and potential readers directly with your social media platforms, website, KDP, Pop-Up Shop, etc.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Triad Publishing Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Triad or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Author Responsibilities

Authors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content provided for publishing. Authors retain all rights to their intellectual property.

6. Fees and Payments

Authors may incur fees for specific services provided by Triad Publishing Services. Payment details and terms will be outlined in separate agreements or invoices.

7. Privacy

Triad Publishing Services respects your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Termination

Triad Publishing Services reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service, with or without cause, at any time. In addition, Triad Publishing Services may cancel contracts with or without cause, at any time.
